Hey there! We're on the hunt for a go-getter Business Developer / Sales Development Rep to rock our part-time gig. If you're all about making waves with cold outreach (think phone, email, LinkedIn) to non-profits, healthcare, government groups, and more, we're looking for you!

Responsibilities:
- You'll be the hero setting up our sales team with at least one meeting a week post-training.
- We love our rainmakers! Book a meeting, and we'll show you the money. Plus, if your lead turns into a deal, ka-ching – you get a commission.
- We'll teach you the ropes, but it's on you to hustle through the nos and the slow days.
- Got a creative spark? Light it up to catch folks' attention!
- Honesty's our jam. Only make promises we can keep, no exceptions.
- Dive deep into what we do and why it matters. We're here to make a real difference for those hit hardest by life's tough spots.
- Help keep our Sales team following up by acting as a mini-sales manager to make sure your leads are turning into sales and you get that commission check.
- Office time is key – be there to grow and contribute but we can be flexible with schedules especially if you’re doing school or something else worthwhile (like skiing).
- Aim higher than SDR – show us what you've got, and we'll make sure you're rewarded.
What you need
- A team spirit, a hunger to win, and self-motivation.
- Previous biz dev or sales experience? Cool, especially if it's in Gov/Mental Health or Behavioral Health.
