Hey Future Jr. Project Manager/Onboarding Specialist!

In this gig, you'll be the glue between our customers and our teams - ensuring onboarding is smooth as silk and every customer feels like part of the family. You'll work closely with the big bosses (yep, including the CEO) to keep our company Trello board in tip-top shape, making sure everyone knows what they're doing and getting it done.
We'll get you up to speed with agile methodologies, and you'll be leading weekly standups and all-hands meetings like a pro. You're the shepherd guiding our customers through the setup process, from getting their hardware to crafting their surveys and scheduling trainings.
This part-time role is perfect for someone eager to dive into project or product management while juggling school or other commitments. Show us you're indispensable, and we might just need to make you a permanent fixture around here.
