• Develop and maintain reports using SQL, Canva, and our proprietary dashboards, turning data into visually compelling stories.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand data needs and deliver solutions that drive improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, providing actionable insights that can lead to meaningful change.
• Participate in regular data review sessions, bringing your unique perspective to the table and helping shape the direction of our projects.
• Embrace continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest in data analysis methodologies and tools.

What you need

• A passion for data analysis and an eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• Basic proficiency (or willingness to learn) in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools like Canva. Training will be provided for our dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into understandable and actionable insights.
